SeltaSquare (CEO: Shin Min-kyung), a pharmacovigilance platform specialist, announced that it signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on the 19th with LSK Global Pharma Services Co., Ltd. (LSK Global PS, CEO: Lee Young-jak), a Contract Research Organization (CRO), for the provision of AI/Digital Transformation (DX)-based pharmacovigilance platform services.

The agreement centers on a comprehensive business partnership covering SeltaSquare's suite of AI/DX-based pharmacovigilance platform solutions, including: SELTA-TUBE — a KIDS raw data analysis and table automation solution; SELTA-LITUS — a literature search automation solution; and SELTA-WAVE — an automated solution for converting CIOMS reports and KEARS raw data into E2B(R3) XML format. The MOU is aimed at fostering mutual growth through collaborative development across these platforms.

Through this agreement, both companies expect to systematize a platform that uses AI algorithms to carry out pharmacovigilance procedures, ultimately reducing the personnel and costs involved in PV operations.
